Just Lets Residential Property Management was established in 1990 with the intent to provide a good quality, reliable and professional service for the letting and management of residential properties. Throughout this time we have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in the lettings industry — from the selection of suitable tenants to the preparation and maintenance of the properties with the application of high standards, to a professional, reliable and efficient service to our landlords. My previous back ground of construction & sales is proving invaluble in building a successful letting agency. Detailed marketing, plus ensuring that tenancies are set up correctly means properties are occupied quickly and maintained to exceptionally high standards.

In 2012 I have furthered the Franchiseed branches of ‘Just Lets’ with another new office. I have an expansion plan to open franchises to further parts of the country.
