Awesome are leading custom upholstery and soft furnishing specialists, with over 32 years experience in the trade.

Their services include re-​upholstery to both antique and modern furniture,

classic and modern vehicle interiors, boats, motor homes, caravans and bespoke projects.

They also offer commercial upholstery services for a wide range of clientele, which include Hotels, Pubs, Clubs, Restaurants, Shops, Schools, Dentists, Hair Salons, Estate Agents, Care Homes, Interior Designers, Tour Bus Operators, Garages, Marinas and more.

Based in St. Ives (Cambridgeshire) and just five minutes off the A14, their services are used by a wide range of domestic and commercial customers throughout the country, with a reputation built on delivering high quality workmanship and standards second to none.

History

Established in 1999.

Awesome Upholstery began as Geneva Upholstery back in 1999 by local brothers Greg and Glenn Ward,

who have over 37 years combined experience in the upholstery and soft furnishings trade.

From humble beginnings working out of a shed built by their father in the back of their parents back garden in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire to running The Upholstery Shop again in St. Ives town centre for over two years, they then relocated to a converted stable block on a farm in Great Stukeley, Huntingdon which once housed the world famous race horse «Red Rum».

With the imminent sale of the farm land and their stable block location in September 2010, they then relocated to Monsal Works, Somersham Road in St. Ives, where they now operate from a more modern and centrally located premises.
