This branch of the Birthdays card and gift shop is situated on the pedestrian area of Church Street, just a bit further up from the old Woolworths store, It is quite a decent sized store, modern and well laid out, it is well lit and has wide aisles suitable for disabled shoppers and mums with buggies.
The store stocks a range of good quality cards for all occasions from anniversaries and birthdays to congratulations and bereavement cards. It also stocks gifts for special occasions, celebration glassware, ranges of collectables and soft toys such as the me to you range, inspirational gifts, christening gifts, and much more.
The cards and gifts available are on the more expensive side but are good quality.
Within the store is also an outlet for Thornton’s chocolates selling a small range of continental and classic ranges of chocolates. The staff at the store are usually helpful and will take time to help you find what you are looking for.
Birthdays also stocks seasonal items such as halloween costumes and xmas dressing up outfits.

It seems that most card and gift shops these days are almost all the same. Although the staff here are friendly and helpful they don’t really seem to offer anything different than most other card shops in st helens. Not just this shop but referring to other card shops in st helens i wouldn’t particulary go to this one for anything maybe look in but they are pretty much a muchness.

Dedicated to cards and small gifts for all occasions, there choice of cards is very good every event you could think off they have it covered. Big selection of fun cards, banners, balloons and party items. Easy to find and pleasent to wald around.
