I recently came back from holiday with two suitcases full of washing, and thought it would be best to get them laundered, as I needed everything done pretty quickly and don’t have a tumble dryer. Using these guys was a mistake I basically paid £28 for the same amount of washing to be washed and dried as I could have fit into my own washing machine (there’s a minimum of 4 kilos at £7 per kilo). 4 kilos is a pathetic amount of clothes and £7 per kilo is far too expensive, whether it is picked up or not. I just can’t justify using the service. I really feel ripped off.
