History

Established in 2001.

VMR Consultants was founded in 2001, closely followed by its subsidiaries ERP Associates, Dot Net Resourcing, VMR Infrastructure, jPeople and VMR Telecoms.

The company began an aggressive expansion campaign in 2009 and since then has doubled its internal recruitment team two years in a row.

Meet the Manager

Adam G.

Manager

Adam began his career at VMR as an MS Dynamics CRM recruitment specialist, became the MS Dynamics Team Leader and then moved into internal recruitment as Training and Recruitment Manager.

As recruitment experts, recruitment begins at home — Adam meticulously hand-​picks every recruitment, operations, finance and admin staff member. Each individual is then vetted on relevant experience, culture fit and future potential. This methodical supervision has helped VMR double its team size two years running.

Adam’s responsibility also extends to running daily training sessions for all levels of experience, junior to senior; covering subjects like headhunting, closure, fee negotiation, candidate and client engagement.
