I visited this branch in December to buy a pair of diamond earrings for my fiancé and I was very impressed with the service of the girl who helped me.
She took the time out to let me look at a number of samples, wasn’t pushy with her sales technique and gift wrapped the item once I’d purchased it.
I’ve had some bad experiences of Ernest Jones in the past but this one made up for it.
