If you want an excellent eye– exiamination and polite staff, then avoid this place like the plague. My Mother went here for a eye exam once, and told her there was nothing wrong with her eyes… the clincher… my Mum is registered blind and walked in there with an 85lbs Labrador-Retriever. They then suggested that she might not be as blind as she’s making out to be, which indicates to me that they’re not as qualified as they’re making out to be. Since then, we’ve been going to SpecSavers who will always treat her with the upmost respect with regards to her disability,(reserving the ground-floor exam room for her, and making space for her dog). But do I really need to say anything more than they once told a blind person with a Guide Dog, that there was nothing wrong with her eyes… if only I could give this place 0 stars.

eye tests are good but i found the service to be less than good. after purchasing some glasses which very soon after broke(due to poor workmanship) i returned them to be replaced and was rudely informed that it would cost me a further £20 for a repair(that at other opticians would be free to do), and when this repair job was insufficient i was told they would not replace them unless i paid for a new pair full price. i do not recommend going here at all.
