Used this bouncy castle business for years for both school and home parties. Very reliable and friendly service.

I was really pleased with the prompt time the castle turned up and for the quote given of £50.00 I thought was excellent value fo rmoney as the children loved it. However the bubble machine was a real disappointment. the owner recognised it was only working on one side and and acknowledged that it wasn’t very good yet still charged me £10.00. When the owner came to collect I expressed my upset and said we had to turn it off after 20 nins as it just frothed over onto grass and made no bubbles and I was concerned that it would cause the machine further damage had it been left on. The lady refunded me only £5 and told me that the charge for the castle was £55 now and her attitude had changed. Its only £5 but I felt that it was wrong of her to charge me at all for the bubble machine and to change cost of castle after accepting payment in the morning. Disappointing really as my first impressions were good but that changed my view. 5*** for castle, no* for bubble machine.
