East Street

Used to be quite a nice shopping centre when I was a kid. Now it is pretty empty with not much going on which is a shame.
They still have the half price jewellers, which has been there for years as has the newsagents. There are few new shops but they now have an urban clothing store which has clothes that are hard to get in the U. K and a catalogue seconds shop. Never seems very busy and always just has people sitting around.
Just outside the door is Debenhams and two restaurants which are okay to eat in when you are shopping.
Feel quite sad really because my grandparents used to bring me here as a child when there was a bakery and a place for children’s birthday parties. Aww Nostalgia!
