Construct Ltd is a Construction and Management company based in Lincoln. We offer a wide range of services ranging from one off repair and maintenance jobs to Total Facilities Management (TFM) Packages. We provide these services for both public and private sector industries aswell as private households. We also offer a project management service, whatever your project Construct is here to help.

Our main goal with all services undertaken is to provide an honest service with the utmost professionalism. We aim to bring a fresh and innovative approach to the construction industry.

Welcome to Construct! We are extremely proud to unveil our new construction company based in Lincoln focusing on the delivery of a tailored, efficient and professional service to our valued clients. Our aims originate from over 10 years experience within the Construction industry, which enabled us to have a unique view being both the Client and the Contractor. We have optimised the knowledge gained to construct a bespoke service we can be proud of. We understand that all our customers have unique requirements and there is no ‘one size fits all’. I’m very excited to be working with a wide variety of clients.

Business Owner

Nick started his working life in finance, assessing accounts and purchase/​invoicing in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council. After 2 years in finance Nick made the move into the Construction industry working on a repairs and maintenance helpdesk which was a great steppingstone for Nick to progress into Building surveying. Nick assisted in the management of 90 Office buildings whilst also completing his HNC in Construction and Building Studies. Following his HNC Nick continued with his day release onto the HND in Construction and the Built Environment. Nick became the Regional Building Surveyor responsible for a Total Facilities Management service to approximately 130 properties including Lincoln Castle, The Collection Museum, The Usher Art Gallery, Lincolnshire County Council Offices and Gainsborough Old Hall. Within his property portfolio Nick also managed a Repairs and Maintenance service on approximately 40 schools. Nick has extensive experience managing all types of buildin
