History

Established in 2002.

CV Wizards Ltd has been trading since 2002, with a gap between October 2010 and April 2015. We have a genuine interest in helping job seekers get the job they really want by re-​writing and targeting their CV’s; this increases the chances of being selected for interview by 100%.

The company is headed by Paula Capelli along with partners Guy Baldwin and Jacob Johnson; who are all highly experienced in the recruitment industry and associated by qualification with the IPD.

Meet the Business Owner

Paula M.

Business Owner

Paula is highly experienced (35 + years) in recruitment and HR in the banking, finance and legal sectors. She holds an MBA from Cranfield University in Birmingham and is an active member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Fed up with working as an employee, she started her own part time business in 2002, taking it to full time in 2004. With background and training in Human Resources and Recruitment, she developed a small business serving job seekers with writing CV’s. She pioneered the «free CV review», which has since been adopted by most other CV writing companies in the UK.

Having worked with people her whole life, Paula also provides free help to job seekers in the form of career help and support, job strategy development, job interview training, body language training and general job seeker support.
