I was intrigued by the Indo-Chinese fusion section of the menu and decided to give it a try. The flavors were bold and the food fresh. I ordered the Chili chicken, chicken 65, Apollo fish and the Masala lamb chops. The Chili chicken was like an Indian version of General Tsao’s chicken. Chunks of chicken tenders, lightly battered and fried and then tossed in a dark sauce with bright, fresh flavors. A bit sweet with savory. You could even taste bits of fresh ginger along with the fresh chilies. Very tasty! Chicken 65 was similar only by the chunks of chicken battered and fried. Then it was tossed in a yoghurt based sauce with robust slices, chilies and fresh curry leaves. The Apollo fish was nearly identical to the Chicken 65 but with Cod fish chunks. The flavors were so good I didn’t mind the repeat! The Masala lamb chops were marinated with great flavor and then grilled to perfection. A slight char on the outside but tender and packed with flavor. I also ordered a garlic naan and tandoori roti and thankfully they were freshly prepared in a tandoor oven and not packaged like some Indian take out places in the UK. I’m eager to return and try out some other menu items. The dining room is minimal with 3 –4tops, 2−2tops and a 6top. They take Credit Cards and they have take out ordering on their website. Not sure about delivery.
