We are a registered Architectural practice with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologist #CIAT, based in Baildon, between Bradford and Leeds and we provide a complete range of Architecture and Architectural Services from initial building designs to complete turnkey packages.
Our Architectural Services include; Free Planning advice, Feasibility and Speculative sketch studies, Local Authority Planning Applications, Building Regulation packages, Tender and Construction /Working drawings, and As Built and Final Construction issues.
We are also Building Consultants and provide; Interior Design, 3D visualization, Client Administration and Lead consultant, Surveying and Measured Surveys, Land Appraisal and Valuations. This is provided on various Domestic Building Projects from House Extension, Conversions, Self Builds, and Development.

The company was started in 2010 by Chris Pickard as a simple sole trading company we established many connection and business relationships with key clients through out Yorkshire.
We now provide a full range of Architectural services to both the private and commercial sectors. form House Extensions to large Retail shops and new builds.

Business Owner
Chris has been within the industry since leaving school in 1992. Starting out his career in Bradford working on retail units for Netto. Working his way through his career for various multi disciplinary practices in most sectors of the construction industry. Chris has headed projects throughout the UK and throughout Europe. Majority of his experience is in Retail and Logistic/Distribution. Providing millions of square feet for various blue chip clients and speculative projects alike. With a vast knowledge and experience in retail he continues to provide outstanding services to major retailers throughout the UK with One Design. Additional attributes within construction include School/educational architecture, Leisure and health. Working on in the past various projects throughout Yorkshire providing extensions and new builds for the Leeds PFI projects and North Yorkshire County Council Chris has a wealth of experience and knowledge in most sectors.
