Excellent. It is a maze made of bushes. You can usually see the tower in the centre so you do not panic or feel totally lost. You cannot cheat though there is a quick way in and out if you wish. The grounds are extensive and very pleasant to wander around and you may have a picnic.

There is not alot here. It is basically just a maze made out of bushes.
There are facilities for a picnic, but it is not an all day activity.
I would say maximum of 2 hours if you are having a picnic.
There are not many directions on the road, and on hitchin road, you are almost upon it before you realise you are there.

This is exactly what it says on the packet — a maze. It is a maze made of bushes, some are very narrow and we just managed to get the pushchair through. It took us about 40 minutes to find the centre. Do not got if you are claustrophobic, have a double buggy or need the toilet. Amazing.
