I suffered myself from Stress in the early 1990’s, dealt with the issue using Hypnotherapy. Between 1998 and 2000 I trained as a NLP master practitioner. From 2001 I started working with individuals and then progressed to group work and business.

I have been using Hypnotherapy myself since the early 1990’s. I trained as a NLP master practitioner between 1998 and 2000, but also carried out many other training courses, even travelling to the other side of America. When not working, I like the outdoors and ballroom dancing.
