Established in 1993.

Our business was formed in 1993 when one of e founding members bought a terraced house in a very popular student area and realised that there was a large demand for quality houses in the same area from other students.

Over the years the company purchased other houses in the area, as well as various apartments, studios and flats and as a consequence has become one of the largest suppliers of student accommodation in the Sheffield area.
