This is the worst company i have ever come across.
They deliberately took an unauthorised payment from my card before the work was
carried out. I gave them another cards to take payment from when the work
was carried out and when I realised they has taken 2 payments I immediately
requested a refund and the workman pretended made out he was speaking to
someone from the office and then confirmed the payment was refunded and would
go back onto my account after 3 days. I am still waiting for in over 2
weeks. Each time I call the office on of the receptionist ladies say
there is nobody in accounts and she will get someone to call me back.
This has happened on 5 separate occasions. They are nothing but common thieves
and should be well avoided. Mr HC Chingford

There are lots of good things about ARD. The phone is answered promptly by a person and they offer a genuinely round the clock service, though prices are higher outside normal working hours. The engineer rang up to arrange a specific time within the morning slot confirmed on the phone and arrived fairly punctually. The problem was explained and he explained how to minimise the risk of recurrence. The job was done pretty efficiently.
I would have awarded more stars if it hadn’t been for the billing. The basis was explained when I made the booking, but it felt a bit off to be billed for two half-​hours when they were here for 45 minutes and had spent a good 10 minutes parking their van.
