History

Established in 1971.

The original company was established in 1971, over 41 years ago. After launching in 1971, and working on numerous contracts for merchant banks in the City of London, including Natwest Clearing Bank maintaining and refurbishing the various city offices and branches, the company then diversified into carrying out buildings insurance restoration repairs for 23 years. Qualified and accredited in management /​operation of water, fire and smoke damage remediation /​restoration to BDMA syllabus, also qualified in using a thermography imaging camera for locating escape of water leaks and ingress of water within buildings, to prevent further water damage.

Maintained high net-​worth properties in Mayfair, Belgravia, Kensington, Fullham, Chelsea, on behalf of Chesterton’s estate agents. Undertaken work on behalf of the Kuwait Royal family, in both their London and country residences, in the UK.

After serving two full apprentices and working at various building firms, I launched my own painting and decorating company, progressing to take on building maintenance and repairs, contract to various merchant city banks including Natwest, for 14 years.
