If this was a customer facing business that relied on satisfied customers returning, simply put it would not exist. Officious, arrongant, receptionists, devoid of manners or compassion are, unfortunately, the face of the new NHS. Avoid if you can, go to BOOTS you wont get better any quicker but at least you will be treated with some form of dignity and possibly, as a human being.
