The V Building

The V Building is a large development of flats technically located in Salford but really more in the Castlefield area of Manchester. It’s a relatively new development, consisting largely but not exclusively of two bedroom apartments.
The building is very secure and safe, guarded by a large gate as well as an interior door system. The flats themselves are smaller than are available elsewhere in the area, and are not cheaper. Nonetheless, they are very nice, and have two bathrooms, an en suite and a normal one. Most have balconies as well which have space for a couple of chairs overlooking the canals and river that separates Manchester from Salford.
It’s a significant walk from here to town which can be irritating if you don’t drive. But this can be done along the canal that makes it more pleasant. However, its very close to a large retain park which includes a Sainsbury’s, making up for the distance from Deansgate somewhat.
Expect to pay over £700 a month for a two bedroom flat, that you’ll probably be very happy with.
