Business Owner

I grew up observing my grandma making the yummiest sweeties, cakes and desserts. Every single dessert that she made was full of love, perfection and affection, and my passion for cakes came from her and from the fact that I LOVE eating cakes.

I completed a Cake Decorating course on Bolton College to improve my skills, and I’m currently attending the ABC Cake Decorating course at Manchester College. Opening Alex’s Bakery is a dream coming true! I have finally found my passion and every single cake or cupcake that I make, I make with such pleasure and love, that I couldn’t even call it a job.
