We are a Dog Grooming Stylist training centre, one of the leading dog grooming training centres in the UK. Every aspect of the dog’s grooming is overseen and advised by our very skilled and experienced dog grooming teaching staff.

History

Established in 1998.

Our students undergo City & Guilds qualifications at varying levels, right up to Professional Dog Stylist Diploma. Many of our students are already experienced dog groomers, who are returning to improve their skills and qualifications in the industry. Some of our students have been entered in the professional grooming exhibitions and competitions that take place each year.

Meet the Manager

Conor J.

Manager

Conor has a passion for dogs and has specialised in dog grooming since leaving school. He has wide experience with many breeds of dogs, he trained here at The Academy and, following commercial salon experience, has returned to teach groomers to groom and style dogs to all levels of qualification.

Conor is qualified at the highest possible level for dog grooming and holds teaching and assessment certificates to ensure good communication with both dog owners and students. He also has qualifications in Animal Care and Canine First Aid.
