This is my absolutely favourite place to have tea in St. Andrews. Its a really cute café that has great baked goods and tea and coffee. They also have really good salad bowls that wont break your bank. While everyone raves about North Point I really think Harbour House is way superior!
I came here the other day with a friend to catch up and have a chat… I got my usual: Tea for one and a lemon muffin thingy (not really a lemon muffin more like a lemon cake in a muffin shape with lemon icing) WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY FAB.
This place can be extremely busy… so it depends on how many students are in class at any given time. But its usually busiest around lunch time and mid-​afternoon.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE HARBOUR HOUSE!
