This place is a disgrace to all the good KFC restauraunts that are out there, many other KFC restuauraunts offer great customer service, happy to assist when orders go wrong. The runcorn establishment is run by kids that have no concept of customer service, when management are asked for, yet again they are useless. Every time I have been there they have yet to get an order right. Complained to head office, only to betold that I should have taken it up with restaurant management. It would be better if head office took note and re-​organised whoever opened this kfc franchise, brought them to task for poor customer service. Never eating there again.

Think KFC Runcorn had changed a lot in the past couple of months, use to avoid but now I have great services every time food is always hot and delicious, I don’t mind waiting around for a couple of minutes because I know am getting fresh cooked chicken! I’d rather go KFC Runcorn and wait for 5 minutes then McDonald’s Runcorn get it straight away and know its been sat there for ages, love kfc Runcorn lately, can’t get enough! :)

usually would rate KFC but not this branch. service is slow. and food is usually warm not hot. gravy is either like water or glue

i like kfc occasionally for a bucket, when i have not got time to cook, however i also find they seem to get the order sometimes wrong it has happened a few times, so find you need to check your order before leaving that it is what you wanted which although a nuisance is better than finding out when you get home, it would be good if they did home delivery like a lot of companies do in this area, but they do not do that, if you have kids they do boneless chicken, which is very good and much safer for young children.

I always avoid KFC in Runcorn if i fancy treating myself to a takeaway. They never seem to be able to get my order right when i go and they always run out of chicken. Its kfc they are always ment to have chicken… The staff are all students and i find them to be very rude at times, they want to talk among themselves rather than serve you. I have been to other KFC’S and found them to be very good.
