Romford Central is the worst Travelodge I have stayed in. Famiy room for four booked only had bedding and towels for 2. Spoke to reception and still had to fetch our own bedding and towels. Found plugs not fixed properly and a double bed that meant you rolled to the middle. Will never stay at this Hotel again.
