Established in 2005.

Ladies Only Ltd opened to provide women with a No Men No Mirrors and No Lycra exercise environment for anyone who would shy away from a traditional gym. Our small team of instructors welcome everyone and we work with you to tailor exercise routines that are perfect for you. Our reputation for being friendly and welcoming won us Best Service Provider in the Rochdale Town Centre Business Awards 2011 and 2012, and the Business Co-​operation Award 2012.

Manager

Michelle opened Ladies Only Ltd to provide an exercise environment that welcomes women of all ages, fitness levels and needs. She adopts the attitude of nurture, not torture and has a wonderful team of female instructors who are there to help on every member’s visit.
