Quite simply the best turkey we’ve ever had. This year we went for a boned turkey crown from Armstrong’s
of Richmond. The Butcher said 2.5hrs at gas mark 5 to cook it and we followed
those instructions. It was fantastic. A pleasure to carve and juicy and we’re
still enjoying the cold cuts today, the 27th. Not the cheapest Turkey available but I think excellent value.

Great little butcher! We discovered it today, and were happily surprised to find this cute and fine butcher next to home. The staff is very nice. They have award-​winning sausages — but a LOT of them, and of all kinds. You can grab a menu inside! Of coure, they also have various meats, with cute explanations on how to use them. And some local produces, like chutneys, jams, pork pies, eggs…
We just had their corned beef in a sandwich, with branston pickle and French gherkins. Marvellous! :)))

An excellent local butcher. Helpful, friendly staff. They have a great range of sausages and also sell chutneys and sauces etc to go with your meat. If you want something special, such as game, they can order it in for you.
