I have ate in this nandos many times and I have to admit it is a lovely cosy location within xscape. The staff are very friendly and full of information. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for a meal and actually the last time I came it was here within 2 minutes which was great as I was starving ! Prices are very reasonable as the portions are big. The restaurant at weekends usually is busy and during the week half and half. Overall quick and friendly restaurant with great food.

This is the same as the last review I just stupidly reviewd X-scape not Nandos. My bad I worked here for 2 years so I’m a wee bit biased. It does mean I know what goes into the food here and how it’s prepped. I know the quality of the chicken is top notch never frozen and very fresh. Veggie stuff not so great as it is frozen and halal chicken at the quay well that depends who the manager is ehh Mike. Here with a group of 5 another birthday dinner. Seated straight away, we arrived about half 6 on a Monday night so I wouldn’t expect a wait and it was fairly quiet. I had a half chicken extra hot with piri chips and garlic bread. Garlic bread probably my least favourite side but it’s been a while since I had it and it still is nice. Been a while since I’ve had a nandos so the extra hot was hard to take. But I triumphed in the end and enjoyed every minute of it. Delicious as ever, the consistency of nandos is great, they have a simple formula and they do it well. The piri chips are a must youre mad if you don’t make that one of your sides. Nandos has steadily gone up in price and isn’t as good value for money as it once was. But it still is cheaper than most place and when the chicken quality is as good as it is you can complain. All in all nice ambience decent service, though it is limited as its not table service, I’ll be back soon.
