We offer a wide range of premium German/​Bavarian beers and a hand-​picked selection of renowned, award winning beers from around the world.

We do more than just beer. We offer Fairtrade, gourmet coffee; roasted to order in Glasgow so you won’t get fresher. A range of cold drinks, hot chocolates (with the works) and milkshakes.

If you’re not a beer drinker (yet), we stock a range of wine, spirits and flavoured cider and not to mention our cocktail list, written by our very own cocktail specialist.

Our food is freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients to provide a selection of home cooked meals as well as a taste of Bavaria. Our sharing platters offer a real taste of Bavaria with three types of gourmet Sausage and are perfect to share.

History

Established in 2012.

Bar Varia is a family friendly, Independent, Bavarian themed Restaurant and Bier Halle. Created by award winning designers and boasting panoramic views of Scotlands only indoor, real snow ski slope; Bar Varia is a unique destination.
