Joules

I decided to arrange my business and friends night out at Joules, after hearing some good things about it on the grape vine. We weren’t disappointed. It’s not a huge place or at least this is how it appears on first impressions. However, there’s more than enough space inside at the bar or outside on a Sunny evening, if you prefer to grab some sun while you drink a cold glass of something.
I had booked a table for our party and had a great spot by the bar (but tucked out of the way of passers by) and close to the DJ/​dance floor.
Justine and her team were brilliant. We had a great time and the whole evening was perfect. The ambience was spot on and the drinks flowed (did they flow!!) The DJ Simon Hill was on the money in terms of playing a great mix.
Any negatives? Just a little one, the ladies loo was a bit on the cramped side for such a buzzy place. But then, when are the lavvies ever 100% perfect?
