Simply one of the best burger places.
It is expensive but I think it’s worth it. Customer service is great

Coming from California I can assure you that the burgers here taste nothing like American. It’s the worst burger joint I’ve ever been too as far as taste, quality, and service. Restroom was dirty and the waiter was moody. Drinks are okay, I had the mojito’s, bubble gum and mango. Think twice before you try this place.

Best gourmet burger in town, with lots to choose, friendly customer service, milk shakes and drinks was great too, I loved drink containers, looked amazing on the pictures, the only problem is that I had to wait for 20 min to get a table (I probably went on a busy evening) — i also tried calling to book for a table but that option was not allowed, I spoke to the manager after the long wait he promised me that if I decide to come again I should call and he will make all he can to plan for a table before I arrive… I don’t know if he can do that though as the place is very popular. But it’s definitely something that will put me off to go.

This place seems so out of sync for Ilford. However that’s part of its charm.
Big burgers, good service, big chips. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who loves a lot of food.
Reasonably priced too!
Will visit more often.

If there was a 10 star this place deserves it. My family in London where all raving about this place seller me tell you they are right the menu is amazing always a line to get in and the burgers are fabulous. I have taken the franchise rights for all of USA as Thai is the best burger we all have ever had. Yes bit pricey but the size and taste makes up for that. Fries or chips do not come with your burger you are better of sharing as the burgers are big. However for the price of the burgers they should be included. We ordered 6 different burgers and everyone was superb in flavor. When in London this is my burger place now I will have 2 foods to eat instead of 2. My other takeout is fish and chips, so will have one for lunch and one for dinner everyday. Enjoy the ribs and wings too!!!

OMG !!! je crois que j’ai commencé trop fort au niveau bouffe durant mon périple à Londres. Si vous passez par Ilford pour y dormir, je vous interdit de né pas faire un tour au LOADED.
L’accueil du staff (la base) est tout simplement excellent, bel endroit, propre et bien aménagé, je décide de prendre un Mojito (Mangue passion) et mon pote, une Pina Colada. Et quelle surprise ! enfaite je vais vous dire, il y a deux surprises (pas d’alcool dans le mojito et dans la Pina), deuxième surprise la quantité est la saveur exquise de nos boissons !!! C’était trop bon !!!
Alors je vous explique, dans le coin d’Ilford (quartier majoritairement musulman) vous né trouverez pas d’alcool, uniquement au SainsBury’s pas loin de Ilford Station .
Passons Au Menu choisis, j’ai pris un Jerk, mon pote un Texas, poulet fris et je né sais plus ce qu’il avait, mon Jerk avait du poulet, tomate, des rondelles de chips, dedans avec une sauce magnifique, j’ai presque voulu lécher le papier sur le plateau bref … et les frites, de vraies bonnes frites !!! Enfin bref, j’y retournerai avant la fin de mon séjour ;).
