This is a home-​based practice run by me in the Reading area. I do my best to create a comfortable and a peaceful setting during all my treatments. You will be asked to complete a lifestyle and health questionnaire and this will be done only once. Any information you provide will be treated in strict confidence.

I am Massage therapist and I specialise in Swedish relaxation massage as well as Sports massage therapy which is aimed at particular issues and for pre and post sporting activity.

I also do taping and strapping in relation to sports massage.

I also do Reflexology.

I am a Reiki Master and Teacher. I can treat and teach Reiki.
