I am an experienced desktop engineer, having worked in this field for more than 10 years.

I have worked for multi-​national corporations, educational institutions and local groups, providing day-​to-​day technical support for desktops, laptops and telecommunication equipment (including setting up, repairing and troubleshooting).

I also have experience tutoring /​teaching computer use and computer packages — introduction to computer use, Using Email, Using Spreadsheets, Database, using the Internet, Introduction to Microsoft Office.
