History

Established in 1996.

Joanne set up 4 Seasons in London after qualifying as a registered osteopath from the London School of Osteopathy. In 2001 she and the business moved to Rayleigh in Essex and started treating local people. She gradually added other therapies, starting with Reflexology and the latest being Hot and Cold Stone Massage Therapy. She uses her professional skills to help people with their aches, pains, stress and other symptoms to the best of her ability. occasionally recommending combination treatments, tailored to the individual.

Business Owner

Joanne is an experienced registered osteopath. She had treatment herself and decided she wanted to find out more about it, then trained for 5 years at the London School of Osteopathy. She believes we never stop learning and has therefore added other therapies to enhance her skills in healing and relief of stress and tension.

She lives and works in Rayleigh and has two grown up sons. She has been married for 32 years. She loves animals and has two dogs, numerous fish and 15 chickens!
