Piloxing is an energetic workout which blends the best of standing pilates and boxing with some fun dance moves whilst wearing weighted gloves and jigging to fast paced music. Using the most current science, Piloxing incorporates formats such as interval training and barefoot training to burn maximum calories and increase stamina.

So how does all that work exactly?

Well you get the power, speed and agility of boxing combined with the targeted muscle sculpting and flexibilty of pilates, which combines to provide a muscle toning workout that works the body from head to toe.

Who can do Piloxing?

Piloxing is a great workout suitable for both men and women and best suited to those aged 15+, although people of all ages and fitness levels can enjoy Piloxing. No fitness level is required. The classes are an hour of non-​stop workout, however each individual takes the class at their own pace and can take breaks whenever they require.
