History

Established in 2009.

Sawyer & Co was established in 2009 by Chris Sawyer and Adam Farrell. They had previously traded as Tingleys Estate Agents which was established in 1996.

The Sawyer & Co brand has become known for an honest approach and high levels of customer service. They are proud to be an ARLA and NAEA licensed company and are members of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents and the Home Sale Network.

Meet the Business Owner

Adam F.

Business Owner

Adam grew up in Hove and has enjoyed a career in property sales and lettings since the late 1990’s. He has well rounded experience in both independent and corporate estate agency, working his way up from Negotiator to Branch Manager and now a Company Director.

Adam passed the highest level exams, and holds a Fellow grade of membership, at the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). He has also achieved a Diploma in Surveying Practice at the College of Estate Management and has recently become a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) after passing their Technical Award exams.

Adam joined the Portslade office at the beginning of 2006 when the company was known as Tingleys Estate Agents. Now under the banner of Sawyer & Co, with a hands-​on approach to management and a great team, he continues to build on office’s success.

Adam is married with three children and now lives in Steyning. He has recently become addicted to Hang Gliding!
