Excellent fish n chips. Beautifully decorated nautical theme. We visited here when our cruise ship wind surf stopped in port.

Excellent food, great service lovely ice cream, very good price too will be back again…

Recently stayed over in Ireland in Portstewart and hit up Portrush daily. Spent most of our nights eating dinner through here.
Spinnaker’s was friendly, cozy, chilled out and exactly what I like in a wee pub/​restaurant. Decked out in maritime regalia, from miniature ships to bunting made of buoys at the entrance, it’s everything you would want in a seaside tavern.
The staff were really friendly, the food was reasonably priced and very tasty — crumbly fish and fat chips were the perfect end to a busy day!
It’s not as flashy and in your face as some of the other diners in town, but it should not be overlooked. Spinakker’s offers good service and lovely, affordable food without frills and fuss, but certainly with character. With a good family vibe and warm atmosphere, it’s a restaurant for all weathers, and shouldn’t be cast over — it’s a bit more of a secret, but it’s got substance.
