Maybe u like this type of food, but it was the worst roast coved in thick gravey and the roast poatos were like bullets, the staff members were very rude. if u want a roast try toby carvery, fulgonis is ok if your 85 years old and looking for a quick meal never again

always go for weekends to porthcawl in the b and bs looking for somewhere to eat and came across fulgonis !!! and WOW what a flashback over 35 years ago my father and grandfather took me there for a sunday dinner whilst holidaying in porthcawl !!! and the food was still as i remember it piping hot and full of flavour and at a reasonable price that CAN even monerywise compete with the pub chains… nice to see some traditions still alive and not your pre bought microwave rubbish most places serve !!! well done hats off to a family that still have values !!! will be frequenting the place as often as i can get there …

This is a lovely family run business. I have been going there since I was a child (and thats a long time ago). They make lovely Italian ice cream, just like proper ice cream should be and out of this world pastries and cakes — you must try their custard slice the best in Wales. They also have a full restaurant menu at very competitive prices, A Sunday roast is a must and at a price you can afford to take the family. It does get very busy here in the summer with all the visitors to Porthcawl but well worth waiting for a table.
