Spice Tandoori has had many names and many owners over the years I have lived in Poole. It has been Spice for a while now though and it is a good place to go for an in Indian meal. It is situated in a row of shops opposite the Civic Centre. There is limited parking outside — there is a long layby servicing the shops with about 8 spaces for cars. This gets very busy during the day but at night, there is lots of room to park. The inside of the restaurant is contemporary and is nearly always quiet. Location wise, it is not really in the middle of anwhere residential, perhaps the reason so many owners have come and gone. The food here is great and plentiful. Staff are attentive and helpful. I’m hoping to have a meal there within the next few weeks. There is also a takeaway and home delivery service.
