While I was in there a lady on a mobility scooter came in and moved a stool so that she could get around. An assistant immediately went over and berated her for moving it. There seems little point in having a law which states that shops must be accessible if, after they gain entry, they are not able to look around the shop. Needless to say the lady did not buy anything and nor did I.
