The actual accommodation at Sherrin Close is very good although there are issues with the wet room that really should be better protected against damp seepage into adjoining properties. The flats are very compact so storage is limited.The reason that my rating is so poor is due to the behaviour of the current Sheltered Housing Warden I am currently addressing this and will update this asp as this will now be a complaint process.
