This is another quite new addition to Poole. It’s sort of game shop — as it’s name implies — but it all seems to be model making of a certain type.
Being hopeless, I now don’t recall the name of the makes on sale here. There were only two, and they make Airfix look like
Lego. So you’ve got models to put together, and fighting ‘troops’ or warriors or spacemen, and the spaceships themselves. Or Satellite Orbiting Cities or the like. And there are paints.
Not only can you buy all this, there’s a big table where you can try it out;gluing, painting, the whole deal.
The staff were very friendly, inviting us to have a go, but the very loud music drove us out, well me anyway.
My daughter really wants to go back.
