I once traded in a car here in part exchange for a newer one, The salesman I had was really good and I felt no pressure at all. In fact, by the time I came to a decision the car in question had dropped by £1000!
I was very pleased with the extra bits of bargain I managed to achieve.
However, their repair service is a bit daft. The rear view mirror dropped off and simply need a piece of sticky — a two minute job. My sales man arranged the repair. I waited and waited, and when salesman noticed he phoned for someobe to come up. But my car still had to go to the workshop and there were filthy looks from the woman who assigned jobs.
I dove my car away in about one minute, job done.
