We used to go there a lot but the young mothers crowd had now colonised it so thoroughly there is little point in attempting an eat-in while sub 5 year old kids are awake. Just simply bedlam in there and I don’t actually mean the kids. Still cuts it in a warm day as you can sit outside. Shame — a really lovely place otherwise. Restaurant can’t really be held responsible for their clientele polarising like that but it’s still a three from me and only rare visits.

i went to Daisy in the Park today after having a gently cycling group ride today. This café is very pretty, with immaculate décor with a lovely view of the pond in Pinner Memorial Park. Because it’s a Sunday you have your weekend staff who were young ladies. At the till I ordered a Cream tea for one which is £4:50. The lady gave me the scone with butter and jam and proceeded to the next stage of the transaction. I said to her«Where is the is the clotted cream!» She like«Oh» she then went to to kitchen, only to tell me their is none. I said ’ I don’t want it!” One fundemental thing as well«where is the tea? This girl did not bring out a pot of tea, although it is entitled CREAMTEA! Their other pastries and cakes did not look appetising to me, so I just decided to stick with the scone… oh I wish I never. The Scone was dry on touch, I asked if they could heat it up which another girl kindly gave to me as I was seated now. The heating it up did not rescue it. It was now warm and dry and slightly hard now-that was £1.70 down the pan. To be fair the original girl who served me was . I proberly will come here again-but not independently but as a group because it is one of our café stops.

Very popular with families with young kids as this is next to a duck pond. This is inside the Pinner Memorial Garden. Near Pinner underground Station and bus stops. We went with the kids, the interiors were bright and tastefully done. It was buzzing with few other families. It was late morning and we had breakfast. They do the standard English fare sausages, hash brown etc, reasonable prices and food is served hot. You need to order at the till and it is served at the table. Food was so-so but no complaints as we weren’t expecting gourmet standards. Important thing is the kids seemed to like it and we went there for them. I believe they deserve 3 stars. I found no issues with the staff unlike the previous reviewer. In fact they were flexible and provided a customised service.

I would avoid this place at all costs. Whilst the food is ok the staff are rude and unhelpful. My wife and I were trying to organise a birthday party here for our two year old. Daisy’s took the booking several weeks before the date and said the manager would call back to confirm details. He didn’t call and when we tried to call to speak with him he was not available. On one phone call my wife heard him talking in the background saying he wasn’t going to take the call. We made about 6 or 7 calls to try and confirm the booking. On each occasion we were promised a call back, as apparently only the manager can confirm the booking. On one occasion one staff member hung up before my wife had finished speaking. We have had to cancel my sons party as it was too late to arrange an alternative venue. There is not only the disappointment, but the inconvenience of informing friends and family. I am very upset with Daisy’s. The arrogance, the rudeness and the total disrespect for the customer. I certainly won’t be going there again.
