Open in March 1997 The Solstice is on the site of the former Ex-​Service Men’s club on Norhminster Road.

The Solstice is Peterborough’s biggest and longest serving independent Public House.

Excellent city centre bar, recently refurbished and an outside garden with bar has now been added the fact that it’s free entry as well at the weekend makes this venue my favourite in Peterborough

Good place to eat lunch for any of the offices nearby, e.g. Passport office, Inland Revenue. Food takes a while to arrive though but if not in a hurry is good. TV for sports. Evenings — has DJ and dancefloor and chill out bar too, so good place to go pre club or for cheaper night of dancing.
