This company supposedly cleaned and sealed our drive and roof and said they provided a 10 year guarantee. After 3 months we have grass growing in the drive and our roof now leaks. It is going to cost over £1,000 to have our roof fixed. They are saying its not their fault and they are too busy to even come and look at it for 2 weeks. Previous requests for the guarantee in writing have been ignored and our hopes of getting a resolution on this problem are nil. As the water is coming through to our bedroom we cannot wait 2 weeks to see if they turn up and resolve the problems that they undoubtable caused. I will certainly update this review if they do.
