Carpet Shop

Ordered and paid for a carpet, was nothing but hard work. Called at the office to check fitting date, no date in diary, agreed a new date, they said would call back within the hour to confirm, no call after 24 hrs, called again, made another new date, but no time given. Called on fitting day as no one had arrived by 15.30, told it was my fault for changing the booking, fitter arrived, had not got the strips we had requested, said they did not know! despite me seeing it been written in the diary! Fitter was helpful but he was a sub contractor, he had to return the next day to finish a small job.
Would not recommend buying here, if you want good service, let alone a good price as they are not cheap, unlike the carpet!
