Penzance B&Q a credit to you, Well done, the best B&Q I have ever been into. Store tidy, well laid out, so many staff and all so helpful, what a change, and they knew what they were talking about. Garden centre the best I have ever seen, no dead plants as is normal at B&Q, full of colour and massive selection. Had a problem with some gravel that was sorted out by your man called Jake, a credit to you, please pass to the store manager wish all B&Q were like this store!

I have nothing but good things to say for the service in the branch — got great help on selection what I needed when I was there, but afterwards found that the person I went in with had lost a purse. We called around the places we had been, and the manager of the B&Q reviewed the security tapes, and told us that we had the purse when we left B&Q, allowing us to limit the places we could have lost it, and helping us track it down!
To me that’s above and beyond.
