This is one of the smartest ‘chippies’ I have ever visited! Situated on the esplanade down by the Pier, Morgans is open to the seafront and has both indoor and outdoor dining. You can of course take your fish and chips away with you, but its much nicer to sit and watch the sailing world go by with a lovely hot fresh battered cod on your plate. When its a bit chilly, there are plenty of tables inside too. The food is very fresh and the chips delicious and it is all very reasonably priced too. The restaurant has opened fairly recently but is immaculately clean and tidy with lovely a fresh blue and white colour-​scheme.
