This business closed and the owner has kept customers models, deposits and run off

Went in with nitro RC car, told the guy I needed some help with it because it was second hand. Had to wait 5 – 10 mins as he was dealing with other customers. Not sure if that’s how long you would normally take to get served. He was friendly enough. Handed me a starter kit. I know little about these things but know they need fuel and glow plugs so also asked for these. He handed me them and charged me. I was kinda looking for some help but he offered none, nor any advice. I would of obviously been willing to pay for any setup or work he did on the car. Though as I was spending a £30ish pound I would appreciated a few pointers, seemed either uninterested or knew nothing about them. After visiting another model shop later that day realised I had been charged about 25% more than the normal cost for the stuff (in other shops and online I compared). If I had got lots of helpful advice I would of thought yeh it cost a bit more but they were super helpful, but that wasn’t the case.
Not going back, better alternatives in Glasgow.
